Seven Lawrence, Beirne & Lewis Attorneys Earn 2026 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Honors

Seven attorneys at Lawrence, Beirne & Lewis have earned 2026 Super Lawyers or Rising Stars recognition. Four appear on Super Lawyers lists, and three appear on Rising Stars lists across Ohio and Kentucky. It is an outstanding achievement for a team devoted to helping injured people and their families.

These honors celebrate individual accomplishments. Together, they also reflect the experience, determination, and care Lawrence, Beirne & Lewis brings to clients facing some of life’s hardest moments.

What Do Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Recognition Mean?

Super Lawyers is an annual rating that recognizes attorneys for peer recognition and professional achievement. Super Lawyers selects 5% of attorneys in each state for its main list.

Rising Stars uses the same selection process but has separate eligibility requirements. Attorneys must be 40 or younger or have practiced law for 10 years or less. The Rising Stars list includes 2.5% of attorneys in each state.

For clients, these selections offer one way to learn about an attorney’s professional background. They reflect a rigorous review process, though every client’s case calls for individual attention and judgment.

How Are Attorneys Selected?

Super Lawyers makes selections annually, state by state. The process has four stages:

  1. Candidate identification: Attorneys enter the candidate pool through peer nominations or identification by the Super Lawyers research team.
  2. Independent research: Researchers evaluate 12 indicators of professional achievement and peer recognition, including experience, results, and community service.
  3. Peer evaluation: Attorneys assess candidates within their practice areas.
  4. Final selection: Super Lawyers reviews candidates’ scores and selects attorneys for the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists.

That process makes seven selections in one year especially exciting. Each attorney earned an individual honor, and the recognition spans two states and different stages of legal practice.

Lawrence, Beirne & Lewis Super Lawyers

A Proud Moment Built on Years of Client Advocacy

Lawrence, Beirne & Lewis has served people across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for more than 50 years. The attorneys handle personal injury, medical malpractice, birth injury, and wrongful death cases. They also represent people hurt in motor vehicle and truck accidents.

Their work has produced significant results. A $30.95 million birth injury verdict helped a family whose child sustained permanent brain injuries after a delayed C-section. Another case resulted in a $13 million verdict for a family affected by an automobile collision. Behind each result is a client whose life changed, and a team committed to seeking accountability.

Client relationships tell another part of that story. Jesse and Kristi, whose son Kyle needed help, shared their gratitude that the attorneys “never gave up on our son.” Their words capture the dedication these seven honorees and their colleagues bring to families who need someone in their corner.

The team also supports the communities it serves. Lawrence, Beirne & Lewis has contributed time and resources to organizations including the Children’s Law Center and March of Dimes. Jennifer Lawrence serves on the Children’s Law Center board. That commitment to helping others reaches well beyond the courtroom.
