Fall months offer great sights for motorcyclists, stay aware

Many people think that motorcycles are only out during the warmer months of the year, but many motorcyclists enjoy seeing the fall and winter sights from the freedom of being on the back of the bike. All drivers must watch carefully for motorcycle riders to help keep everyone safe and avoid potential accidents.

Products liability cases may follow Fisher-Price recall

Kentucky parents may assume all the products they buy are well tested and proven safe for their children to enjoy. Sadly, however, a Fisher-Price product sold nationwide at several major stores and online was just recalled due a reported fire hazard. Parents who own this product will want to follow this products liability case closely in the weeks to come.

Two elements to know in a Kentucky medical malpractice case

People go to medical professionals for diagnosis and to receive acceptable care to make themselves or a loved one feel better. Sometimes, however, health care providers can cause more harm than help. These personnel can cause more injury when they fail to give adequate care or misdiagnose their patients. There are two main factors in a Kentucky medical malpractice case: finding out who was at fault and proving that they were legally at fault.

Exhaustion can lead to catastrophic commercial vehicle crashes

Driving for work is a dangerous career. Commercial truck drivers often have to be on the road at all hours of the night and during terrible weather conditions. Their industry is one of the most dangerous. However, their work ensures that products and materials are available when and where people need them.

Products liability issue may affect The Home Depot shoppers

Kentucky consumers might assume that a product on the shelves of a big corporation would be properly tested. However, an outlet converter sold at The Home Depot through its stores across the country and online was recently recalled due to possible shock and fire hazards. Those consumers who have purchased this product will want to pay close attention to this products liability case as it unfolds in the following months.

Mother and son awarded $3 million in medical malpractice lawsuit

There has been some debate in Kentucky and across the United States in recent years of the modern methods that physicians use in childbirth. Some midwives and mothers speculate that physicians sometimes attempt to speed up the natural birthing process with medicines, techniques or tools, which can sometimes result in unnecessary harm to the mother and/or child. A civil court jury just determined that a woman's obstetrician was liable for medical malpractice and awarded the mother $3 million.
