When causes of truck accidents are not immediately apparent

Kentucky motor vehicle accidents often lead to lawsuits. Recovering victims, and immediate family members of those who have died, are often able to seek monetary recovery for their losses in court.

In 2011, medical schools adopted rules restricting how many hours a medical resident could work without a full break. The rules allow young doctors to work up to 16 hours in a row, but then they must take a break of at least 8 hours. This is meant to allow them sufficient time to sleep.

The products associated with this risk are talc powders: Johnson's baby powder and Shower to Shower hygiene powder.
